Commercial Cook Lines Fires and Spontaneous Combustion Fires

Please join us for our June seminar at Lenzi's Restaurant in Dracut.   The topics covered will be Commercial Cook Line Fires and Spontaneous Combustion Fires to include Tempura Fires.  

Commercial Cook Line will be presented by Jay Kramarczyk with EFI Global, Inc. 

Jay is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States as well as a Certified Fire Investigator and Certified Fireplace and Chimney Inspector. Jay’s work often entails the forensic analysis of fire protection systems, including detection, alarm, and commercial kitchen/chemical suppression systems as well as construction and egress. Jay is proficient in researching, analyzing, and interpreting codes and standards for fire protection, mechanical, and building systems. As an often-sought-after speaker, in addition to being in the field and testifying, Jay has provided numerous audiences across the country with educational classes and ongoing training regarding his areas of expertise. 

Spontaneous Combustion Fires to include Tempura Fires will be presented by Sean Sullivan with EFI Global, Inc.

Mr. Sullivan served over 25 years as a State Trooper with the Massachusetts State Police. For his last nine years, he was assigned to the Fire and Explosion Investigation Section as a full-time fire investigator. Over the course of that assignment, Mr. Sullivan was involved in the investigation of over 500 fires and explosions. He has experience in the areas of fire investigation, interview and interrogation, juvenile fire setter intervention, evidence collection, and complex scene management as well as many multi-million dollar long-term losses. He was involved in the post-blast investigations surrounding the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013. Mr. Sullivan has been employed as a full-time fire investigator with EFI Global/Unified Investigations and Sciences since 2014. Mr. Sullivan is a Certified Marine Investigator through the International Association of Marine Investigators with a decade of boating experience, owning and maintaining several power boats over that time.
